The wood: a single origin

Thanks to an innovative process, TWOOD enhances less straight, more abundant French wood, with organoleptic profiles identical to traditional staves.
Optimal maturation
Step 2
Once again, simplicity and pragmatism prevail: traditionally air-dried, our staves benefit from optimal maturation.
Bi-layer shell pieces
Step 3
The staves are assembled to form bi-layer shell pieces. These pieces are then shortened, dressed, and jointed to form the barrel body.
Pure respect for tradition
Step 4
For the rest, nothing changes: our barrels are assembled and toasted in the cooperage using traditional methods.
